Product Warranty
All Haven wallpaper products come with a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Warranty Coverage
- Peeling or lifting not caused by improper installation
- Colour fading beyond normal levels within warranty period
- Printing defects visible after installation
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Moisture damage in non-waterproof products
- Physical damage, tears, or scratches
- Normal wear and tear
Installation Guide
- Ensure walls are clean, dry, and smooth before application
- Apply wallpaper paste evenly as per product instructions
- Allow at least 24 hours drying time before exposing to moisture
- Follow specific instructions for vinyl versus fabric wallpapers
