Accepted Payment Methods

• M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa): Our preferred payment method. STK push is sent directly to your phone.
• Cash on Delivery: Available for select delivery areas. Exact change is appreciated.
• Bank Transfer: Contact us for bank details for large orders.

Payment Security

All M-Pesa transactions are processed securely through Safaricom's official API. We never store your M-Pesa PIN.

Payment Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS once payment is confirmed. Please keep your M-Pesa transaction code.

Payment Issues

If your payment fails, please wait 10 minutes before retrying. Contact us if problems persist.

Invoices

Tax invoices are available on request. Contact us with your order number.
