Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, cut wallpapers, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
