Delivery Areas
We deliver across Kenya. Same-day delivery is available within select Nairobi areas for orders placed before 12 PM.
Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi CBD & Westlands: 1 to 2 business days
- Nairobi suburbs: 2 to 3 business days
- Upcountry: 4 to 7 business days
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rate: KES 1,000 flat rate nationwide. Free delivery on orders above KES 20,000 within Nairobi.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Large Item Delivery
Large wallpaper rolls and custom orders may require specialist delivery. Our team will contact you to arrange.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking update via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
